# name (chem\_app.ops)

The name of the chemical application is a primary key referenced when the application of fertilizers, manure, or pesticides is scheduled in [**management.sch**](https://swatplus.gitbook.io/io-docs/introduction-1/landuse-and-management/management.sch) or [**lum.dtl**](https://swatplus.gitbook.io/io-docs/introduction-1/decision-tables/lum.dtl). All names in the **chem\_app.ops** file must be unique.
